Cancellation/ Rescheduling policy
All services are non-refundable unless the client cancels their appointment. For any cancellation fees 50% of your booking will be refunded to the card on file but only if you paid in full. We now accept all debit and credit card payments as well as Venmo: @Makeupbychloe_ and Apple Pay: 215-850-8681.
We do understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary. If you are running 15 mins late or more a $20 late fee will be added to your booking. We request that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advanced. If you decide to reschedule for another date, you have a 24 hour window to do so.
Rescheduling is interchangeable so your payment can be used as a credit towards your future appointment. If you have any questions or concerns please email us at makeupbychloe08@gmail.com . It is our pleasure to get back to you as soon as possible.
COVID-19
If anything Covid related prevents you from making an appointment regarding your wedding, special event or future appointment; please contact us at info@makeupbychloee.com. If you are feeling ill or happen to test positive for Covid-19 please contact Chloe immediately! She will then cancel your appointment and later discuss a possible rescheduling option do to health reasons.
Our first priority is to keep everyone safe! If your temperature is higher than 98 degrees service will not be provided. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms: shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, intense headaches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, or nausea, she can turn you away.
Chloe wears her mask the entire time of service to keep you safe. She is fully vaccinated for you and her safety. Any questions you may have please feel free to email her at your earliest convenience.
